Tamar Raban in "Da Dao Live Art Event" Print E-mail

On 13 October performance artists from around the world gathered at the Osage Gallery in Kowloon to present a vast array of individual body works for the 2007 “Da Dao Live Art Event”.

Tel-Aviv-based artist, Tamar Raban, delivered a performance entitled “L.E.P.P” or a Lesson on Peformance in English. Community member and art historian, Debra Wacks, indicated that the piece was “conceptual and thought provoking, yet rather humourous” and that Raban’s work was well received by the local Hong Kong audience.

Raban is the director of Shelter 209, a non-profit organisation for the Advancement of Inter-disciplinary Art.
