Adi Magen Exhibits in India E-mail

Israeli artist, Adi Magen, recently held a solo painting exhibition in New Delhi at the Academy of Fine Arts and Literature in the Siri Fort Institutional Area.

Her exhibit, entitled “My Journey to India”, included many paintings of the life of Indian women that she created during the past four years while she lived in India.

China Cultural Festival in Tel Aviv Features "The Public Toilet" E-mail

This summer, Israel kicked off its first China Cultural Festival to mark 15 years of bilateral relations between the two countries.

The Festival, jointly organised by the Chinese and Israeli governments, will last until November 2007 and has brought more than 200 performers from China to participate in a series of cultural events throughout Israel. The events included Chinese acrobatics, folk dances, folk music, arts and crafts, photo exhibitions, theater and film.

Israeli film featured at Bangkok International Film Festival E-mail

The Bangkok International Film Festival 2007 (BIFF) at SF World Cinema, Central World, taking place from 19- 29 July, will feature the award winning film “Beaufort”.
