Opera Gallery Hong Kong Relocates E-mail

The Opera Gallery Hong Kong, in line with their philosophy of “great artists deserve great spaces”, moved to a new premise on 2-8 Wellington Street. Their official opening, held on 21 September, attracted the attention of some of Hong Kong’s most recognisable art collectors.

Israel Dances Across Shanghai's Stage E-mail

This year’s Shanghai Dance Festival featured six Israeli contemporary-dance companies, in the framework of an “Israeli Dance Week”.

The Israeli Dance week, held from 11 September through 19 September, was sponsored jointly by the Israeli Foreign Ministry and the Consulate of Israel in Shanghai.

Singapore Symphony Orchestra Stars Gil Shaham E-mail

The Singapore Symphony Ochestra, featuring violinist Gil Shaham will begin its China tour. They will give two concerts in Taiwan in October at the cultural centres in Taipei and Taichung, marking the orchestra’s re-appearance in Taiwan after 16 years. The Taiwan appearances are part of their China 2007 tour.
