Israeli Films At Bangkok University Print E-mail

Three Israeli award-winning films have been chosen to be highlighted at “The International Film Hunt”.

The event, held from 6 September through 5 October, was organised by the Bangkok University’s Department of Film.

Two movies by director Shemi Zarhin were selected as well as a short film entitled Miracle by  new director Evgeny Ruman.

Rachel Cheung To Perform With Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra E-mail

Rachel Cheung Wai Ching, age fifteen, will perform in a Beethoven concerto with the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra in mid-October in Jerusalem. 

In April, Rachel was coached by a leading Israeli piano teacher in Hong Kong. After recognising her talent, she was soon invited to perform in Israel.

Opera Gallery Hong Kong Relocates E-mail

The Opera Gallery Hong Kong, in line with their philosophy of “great artists deserve great spaces”, moved to a new premise on 2-8 Wellington Street. Their official opening, held on 21 September, attracted the attention of some of Hong Kong’s most recognisable art collectors.
