Vietnamese students begin agricultural course in Israel E-mail
Five Vietnamese students joined 13 others from India, the Philippines and various African countries to begin an agricultural MSc course at the Arava International Centre for Agriculture Training (AICAT) in the south of Israel.

The MSc programme, the fourth of its kind, is a co-operative venture between the AICAT and Tel Aviv University (TAU).

Khuat Van Quyen, First Secretary of the Vietnamese Embassy in Israel, thanked AICAT and TAU for supporting the Vietnamese students and shared his thoughts about advanced technology applied in agriculture in Israel. He said he hoped that after the 18-month course, the Vietnamese students will apply their valuable agricultural knowledge in their homeland.
