Chabad host spiritual retreat in Thailand |

Chabad - Lubavitch of Thailand ran a spiritual retreat the first week of March aimed at appealing to the large number of Israeli tourists in the area.
The event was coordinated by Rabbi Nechemya Wilhelm, co-director of Chabad-Lubavitch of Bangkok and featured the inspirational speaker Rabbi Moshe Braverman. Rabbi Wilhelm coordinated a similar event, also featuring Rabbi Braverman in 2005.
Chabad House’s trademark late-night farbrengens were also an important component of the retreat. A farbrengen is a spiritually uplifting gathering that features the singing of Chasidic melodies as well as educational forums with an emphasis on Chasidic philosophy.
