Israeli art therapist creates hope in Krabi, Thailand E-mail

In Krabi, an art therapy workshop was led by Israeli art therapist, Chanina Noifeld. The two-day workshop, designed for Thai teachers, was part of the Embassy of Israel's continued commitment towards post-Tsunami aid.

Noifeld's workshop, entitled "Child's Inner World Enrichment through Art Tools", drew dozens of local teachers at Banklongmuang School.

Korea's KEDI in MASHAV course E-mail

The Israeli Department for International Cooperation, through MASHAV, recently hosted a two week course on “Education for Gifted Children.” The programme was held at the Ofri Center in Kibbutz Ramat Rachel.

KEDI is one of the most prominent educational policy research institutes in Korea and is committed to developing innovate education systems and teaching methods.

Senior political commentator Danny Rubinstein visits India E-mail

In February, Senior Political Commentator Danny Rubinstein visited India to discuss the latest developments in The Arab Israeli conflict.  He traveled to Mumbai, New Delhi and Calcutta in order to meet with politicians, local journalists, and academics.

Carmel School of Hong Kong held its annual dinner on 8 February. This year’s gala event, attended by over two hundred people, was co-chaired by Isabelle Lieberman and Stephanie Spero who truly made the evening a night to remember.

The Jewish Community Center’s Garden Room was transformed into an elegant Oscar setting complete with a red carpet lined entrance way. Members of the community put on their finest and celebrated at this glamorous event. No detail was overlooked by this year’s very enthusiastic event chairs.
