Tokyo has a taste for Israeli cookies E-mail

A Tokyo company has ordered US$350,000 worth of cookies from Abadi Bakery, a Jerusalem based manufacturer of fresh-baked cookies and other baked goods. The order calls for 230,000 packages to be delivered.

Israeli jewellery companies ready to showcase their best E-mail

The Hong Kong International Jewellery Show will be held between 6-10 March 2007 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Israel's Alvarion contracts with India's Aircel E-mail

Alvarion Ltd. is the world’s leading provider of wireless broadband solutions and has their international corporate headquarters based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

They recently announced that Aircel Business Solutions, a subsidiary of leading Indian cellular service provider Aircel, is expanding its current network and planning to use Alvarion’s BreezeMAX 3300 across fifty cities in northern and eastern India.

Taiwan-Israel economic conference E-mail

Taiwan and Israel held their ninth annual economic and technological cooperation conference in Jerusalem. The Taiwanese delegation was headed by Vice Minister of Economic Affairs Hsieh Fa-tah.  

Representatives from the public and private sectors of both countries were in attendance.  The focus of the talks was the high-tech product market.  Israel is a proven leader in research and development, while Taiwan is recognised as a leader in the manufacture of high-tech goods.
