Israel performs in Hanoi puppetry festival E-mail

Israel’s Train Theater puppet troupe headed by Director Dalia Yaffe-Maayan performed in the First International Puppet Festival in Hanoi from 16- 23 February, 2008.

Israeli artists Nathalia Rosenthal and Tsipor Frumkin introduced a shadow puppet performance called “Dreaming Animals.”

The Embassy of Israel in Hanoi also organised a workshop on Israel’s puppetry and presented gifts to child-victims of Agent Orange in Hoa Binh Village.

Ido Tadmor to dance across Bangkok's stage E-mail

Israel’s Ido Tadmor is set to hit the Bangkok stage at their upcoming International Dance Festival 2008. The festival will feature a performance by Tadmor on 28 March at 8:00 pm at Benjasiri Park.

Ido Tadmor has been described as a cutting-edge force in Israeli modern dance. He has performed with the Bat-Dor and Batsheva companies in Israel and with Lar Lubovitch in the United States.

"Israeli Cinema Entering a New Phase" at the HKIFF E-mail
