The Philippine embassy in Israel congratulated an 11-yearold filipina musical sensation who was placed second in the prestigious Beit Sefer Le Musica singing competition in Israel recently. According to the embassy, Kathleen Louise Eligado’s success was even more impressive as she was the only non-Israeli who joined the contest and was bestowed with an award.
