Mr. Itzhak Nissan, President and CEO Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd (IAI), and Mr. Ratan N. Tata, Chairman Tata Advance Systems Ltd. (Tata), signed a framework agreement for cooperation in the development, manufacturing, marketing and support of defence products in India.

This May 2008 agreement was signed following the Memorandum of Agreement that was signed on 17 February in New Delhi during the Defexpo Defense show.
