In a competitive and growing sector providing living accommodation in Hong Kong for serviced apartments, there is very little to distinguish between the different service providers.

Size and location probably tops list the tick list, and price. Billy Ng, Director and founder of Shalom Group Ltd, with over 20 years in high-end hospitality management service, set up in October 2011 two new service apartment buildings located in Soho -Mid-levels area and Wanchai on Hong Kong island.

Ng is catering for the international expats moving or relocating to Hong Kong to work, normally on behalf of a company, but some looking to set up their own business. Shalom is offering three month to one year service contracts.

“Most of the rooms are full and demand is high, prime locations, fully furnished with kitchen, Wi Fi, cable TV is what we offer, just move in with a suitcase,” said Ng.

What could be very appealing is the association of the Shalom company name.
