Israel’s Hazon Yeshaya Humanitarian Organisation held its first Hong Kong based fund raising dinner at The Aberdeen Marina Club 13 October, 2010.

Some 96 people attended the function hosted by Hong Kong Friends of Hazon Yeshaya Limited to hear Rabbi Abraham Israel. He is the founder of the charity and describes its activities in Israel.

Hazon Yeshaya feeds some 14,000 people in Israel every day of the year, 70% of whom are children and for most of whom HazonYeshaya’s hot meal is their only meal of the day.
