Israel’s embassy in the Philippines helps flood victims |

The recent effects of Typhoon Sendong that affected the provinces of Cagayan de Oro and Iligan in southern Philippines caused serious distruption, and loss of life to many Filipino people. Estimates indicated around 1400 people were feared dead or missing in the region in December. The embassy’s Deputy Chief of Mission, Yaniv Revach, officially handed a donation in support of the disaster to assist those in need on behalf of the Israeli government. The embassy donated 700,000 Philippine Peso for the benefit of those currently recovering from the effects of the typhoon . Please login or register to see the full article
