Lively music at the Dead Sea Print E-mail

The 17th Tamar Festival will take place at the lowest point on Earth, the Dead Sea, from 17 to 21 October, during the Sukkot festival.

The festival, a celebration of contemporary Israeli music, takes place under the desert skies, with the performances situated on stages with the Judean Desert Mountains as their backdrop. The musical celebration takes place at various spectacular locations surrounded by the natural beauty of the Dead Sea region, at different times of the day, and features a wide range of music from Israeli artists, allowing visitors to enjoy the best of local Israeli music whilst venturing out to the country’s most extraordinary sites and landscapes.
