Hong Kong artist designs Judaica for charity |
What began as a project to help her children learn about tzedakah has turned into a business for Hong Kong artist Lori Ormut-Durbin. Her company XZYNG Judaica grew out of her children’s charity club, Kids for Israel, and her interest in textile Judaica that was in turn sparked by the Parochet she designed and had made for the Centennial celebration of Ohel Leah Synagogue in 2003.
