Members of Israel’s Defence Force (IDF) aid delegation to Japan are back to routine life in Israel, in time to celebrate Pesach at home. The members of the IDF delegation returned from their two-week mission in the Minami-Sanriko region in early April.

Nadav Shtrauchler, spokesperson for the delegation, held his Pesach seder with 50 family members and friends. “As we read the Haggadah,” he notes, “it gives me pride to see our growth as a nation - from a vagrant people seeking help after the Exodus, to a dominant country helping another during a crisis.”
