Ceremony launch of oil sands plant E-mail

Israel’s Ambassador in China, Mr Amos Nadai, together with the CEO of Brack Capital Energy and two governor representatives from Xian An Meng county and Jalaid Xi district attended a special ceremony to launch a new oil sands energy testing plant.

This plant will provide a unique proprietary, enviromentfriendly, oil sand solvent extraction technology.
